The Pull-Aparts:
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 cups s/r flour
- Sufficient Tomato Paste/ Pizza Sauce to smer over the top of the dough
- Grated Cheese - a couple of handfuls
- Ham - - a couple of handfuls
Method:
- Combine the flour and yoghurt in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough, then roll into balls and place in a ceramic baking dish (grease lightly with some olive oil).
- Spread sauce and toppings in between and on top of dough balls.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C
- Kneading dough
Result: Mmmmm .....extremely more-ish pull-aparts with everyone wishing there were more for another meal!
