Yoghurt Bread Pull-Aparts


Introduction: Asked to complete an assignment to make a bread product in the midst or shortages of products like yeast, I decided to make these yoghurt bread pull-aparts which were delicious


The Pull-Aparts:

Ingredients: 
  • 1 ½ cup Greek yoghurt   
  • 2 cups s/r flour
  • Sufficient Tomato Paste/ Pizza Sauce to smer over the top of the dough
  • Grated Cheese - a couple of handfuls
  • Ham - - a couple of handfuls
Method:

  • Combine the flour and yoghurt in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough, then roll into balls and place in a ceramic baking dish (grease lightly with some olive oil).
  • Spread sauce and toppings in between and on top of dough balls.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C


       
    New Methods Learnt:

    • Kneading dough

    Result: Mmmmm .....extremely more-ish pull-aparts with everyone wishing there were more for another meal!
