Family Member Evaluation (Mum)
FLAVOUR – 9/10 – It was very delicious though I found it a bit
too sweet. I would suggest reducing the
sugar content when making it again.
TEXTURE – 10/10 – A crispy outer crust and nicely soft
and gooey centre.
AROMA – 5/10 – there was not really a noticeable aroma
to the slice.
APPEARANCE – 8/10 – It looked very appealing in a
rustic way.
Improvements
Mum suggested reducing the sugar content, but I
thought the sugar was perfect.
